David is our customer as well as our founder so we understand what you are going through and the challenges you face.

The one with the idea to create energy security– it was Stephen’s idea to get EVTEC energy independent after the 2022 crisis and he discovered private energy, with extensive experience in corporate & speciality finance and restructuring, Stephen (Toddy) is the blue sky thinker of the group and the general problem solver, he loves the challenging projects.

The one that commercialised it – Marc was pulled in to commercialise the ideas of David and Stephen, with over 20 years working with tier one supply chain companies and in UK manufacturing, he is highly experienced at understanding our client’s issues and working on energy strategies, whilst also an expert in understanding energy pricing.

The wise one – Steve is the ex transport minister and current head of the UK Infrastructure committee, he is our ‘inside man’ and keeps us abreast of energy developments in government. His role is pivotal in us delivering long term strategies to our customers.

Scott Burrows
Head of Energy
The energy guru that put it together – Scott is a self-proclaimed ‘energy geek’ and one of the most experienced names in the UK renewable energy sector. Not only did he create the structure of the EVTEC group private energy market, he is a pioneer of PPA’s. What Scott doesn’t know about energy is not worth knowing. Scott specialises in matching customers with generators, which is the key to achieving full energy security.

The compliance one – Roger ensures that we maintain the standards of our ISO accreditation and also works with our customers to ensure we are on their procurement frameworks, not only does he have 14 years experience in compliance, he is the first person in our ex-veterans programme.

The people one – Jane has extensive experience with Human Resources and was the lead on the Evtec automotive work with less-abled people.

DR. MIKE WALKER
Special Advisor – Net Zero & Energy Security
The auditing one – with a PhD in environmental studies and net zero, Dr Mike is our carbon expert. He is also an auditor for ISO 50001. He helps us ensure our clients have energy security as well as doing our ESOS and SECR reporting.
